Location and cleanliness of the house

Screen pation door did not close properly.poor lighting in the back yard after dark. Need to have better lighting if you want the guest to take out the trash. Ad stated 10 - 12 people sleeps there but I was question by the owner why I had over 8 people at the house? Cannot turn on the A/C to certain temparture because owner was controlling it. Also, when you have a keyless lock, try to explain to people that they need to press the "check" after entering the code.

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, easy access.

Unfortunately, we booked 2 nights and stayed only one. There's no refund when you change your mind or your schedule changes. That's why I only book air bnb when I am sure I'll stay the time I paid for—my mistake.
