The pool with the view was nice

House had not been cleaned. Spiderwebs everywhere. No toiletries. Dirty towels. Broken grill. Non functioning fridge. Terrible customer service.

The property was nice the pool was amazing there was alot of towels and the view was beautiful

The fridge wasnt working and there was barely toilet paper and no towel paper

"I use Airbnb and bookings for my vacations and this is one was not pleasant"

First my flight got canceled the first night due to the weather. I checked in the second night. When we got to the place around 11:00 pm, we didn’t find towels and the internet was not working. Customer service were rude and I have the text to prove it. I had to call a friend to get some towels from his house. The next day in the afternoon, I found the towels in the patio. There was trash next the room (garage) as they were flies in the house.

The pool and deck area were lovely. The house was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were several comfortable seating areas in the house.

The house lacked some amenities like wine glasses, a wine opener. In the master bedroom there was no closet or dresser or really any furniture except a bed, so all of our clothes and belongings were on the floor.
