"Will stay again !!"

Lovely stay ! Very clean nice touch having coffee etc was very welcome ! Owner kept in constant contact close to beach outdoor seating

Site wanted to charge us £54 to be able to get a drink at the bar!! Needless to say we said no! Only grumble couldn't get telly to work, but to be honest had loads of fun playing board games supplied !!

"Great place for a short stay"

Great static caravan for a one-night stay at the beach! Very close to Heacham South Beach, plenty of food places nearby and close to Hunstanton which was great for dog walking. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

No problems at all! There was no free WiFi but for one night we were okay with this and we all played Monopoly instead which was time much better spent!

"Superb"

Located nicely at the very edge of the Parkdean Resort which is itself almost on the beach. The property was impeccably clean and very well equipped. Communication from the owner excellent.

"Wonderful, clean caravan in a fab location"

We booked this caravan very last minute (night before) and felt a bit apprehensive as it was newly listed on booking.com that day, hence had no guest reviews. Amanda, the host, contacted me immediately after booking and her communication continued to be excellent throughout, always responding to any questions I had very quickly. I went armed with my usual cleaning products but didn’t end up needing them! The caravan was immaculate throughout, it couldn’t have possibly been any cleaner! The main living area was very spacious and I was impressed by how well equipped the accommodation was with quality and plentiful crockery, cutlery, clean towels, toilet rolls, cleaning supplies, etc. There was also a good selection of board games and DVDs and a good range of sky channels on both the main TV and the one in the master bedroom. The milk and fresh coffee provided was most appreciated after a long drive. The caravan is situated in a good spot on the Park Resorts site, only two minutes walk to Heacham’s South beach. We were very happy with our stay indeed and would love to return to this accommodation.

This is definitely not a grumble, but an additional toilet would have made it a 10/10!
