O Anfitrião Srº. Carlos foi uma pessoa extremamente prestativa e atenciosa! Com certeza que recomendarei o alojamento para outros amigos que queiram visitar Lisboa.

Great location. Cosy little place that had everything you might need. Laundromat not far away along with a lovely botanic garden and plenty of restaurants and coffee.

WhatsApp wasn’t working on my travelling data plan. I was able to check in by going to the convenience store around the corner.

Convenient location, quite close to the city center. The host was very attentive and shared lots of useful information about places to visit and things to see.

There was no information about an extra fee for late check-in when booking, and the host informed us about it only later — we had to pay €20 in cash. We were also asked to pay the city tax separately, even though it was already paid through Booking. The apartment didn’t match the description regarding the view — instead of a garden or city view, the window faced a nearby wall. The bathroom door didn’t lock, which was a bit inconvenient. The space felt rather small for four people. There was also noticeable airplane noise at times.

Anfitrião atencioso, prestou diversas informações, tanto antes da chegada, quanto após nossa saída. Deu-nos desconto de combustivel, indicação de locais para refeições. Apesar do banheiro pequeno a agua estava com uma boa pressão e com a temperatura agradavel.

Local sem vaga de garagem, e MUITA dificuldade em achar local para estacionar na rua. Porém o anfitrião se disponibilizou a reservar Parque pago, há cerca de 800 m do local. Não sei se foi por ser uma reserva em cima da hora, e não havia toalhas melhores para disponibilizar, pois as toalhas de banho eram pequenas e bem velhinhas.
