Estudio con Piscina y Parking, Playa a 4 Min a Pie, Tren a 2 Min

Ubicación excelente. A menos de 5 minutos de la playa

La ubicación, bares alrededor, supermercados. Playa a 150 metros la piscina frente al estudio. Una pasada la verdad.

La verdad lo que menos me gustó fue el colchón. Por lo demás todo un 10.

A lovely bright large ground floor studio apartment with excellent air con and a light over the bed with a fan , a sofa And small table and 2 chairs For indoor eating Large sliding mirror wardrobe Large clothes airer iron and small ironing table top Kitchen has a microwave large Toaster, coffee machine has a good size work top All very clean knives forks spoons mugs all in good condition Modern shower room and wc With a washing machine . outside table and chairs and a gate that lead to a pool opp the apartment Great Supermarket next door 5 min walk to Torrablanca train station About a 7 min walk down to the sea front with sun beds and shades lots of local bars and Restaurants all along the sandy sea front

Nothing Loved it

Really cosy apartment, outside seating right next to the swimming pool. Location was great 5 min to train station and beach nearby too. Host was very good too kept in contact and gave us great recommendations for places to eat .

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Location was perfect, close to beach, train and bus. Grocery store 1 minute away, We loved the location. Host was exceptional. Extremely helpful. We had a minor issue and host was there right away to try to rectify it. Apt was spacious and very clean.

Worst experience ever. There was stain and dirty marks on the bedsheets, that created itchy skin all night, as well as more dirty marks in the bathrooms and in the room that clearly show the conditions of the property not being truthful from what is advertised. There was mold in the shower and in the bathroom door entrance, plus a lot of damages to this entry door that didn’t close either and a very bad small that never goes away. The ceiling and some other areas had sign of water infiltration that is not acceptable to receive people in. After mentioning all of that to the owner right after arriving, he would only propose to clean the bed sheets again and didn't acknowledge anything else of the issue and refused to reimbursed us. We left after the first day and reported the issue to booking and the health department as this can not happen again to anybody else. The apartment was clearly not in any healthy conditions to be hosted and should not be listed on the marked in such bad conditions.

Comfortable apartment in a nice area, close to beach. Very clean.

Everything was great. The owner very helpful. Check in without contact.
