Couch wasn't very comfortable

The cleanliness, view, location and convenience.

It was quiet, quaint, relaxing, along the coastline

Need more kitchenware to make home-cooked meals while they’re longer. No large bowls, no cooking sheet pans. Cake pan only. Beach was full of seaweed could have been cleaned, one reason why I booked this place was for their small little beach area

This property was very clean and well maintained. Great views! Really enjoyed our stay here!

We had issue with bathroom shower drain not working. We contacted the manager and they were quick with response. Problem was resolved quickly and with no inconvenience to us.

The property was excellent. It was very clean and all the amenities were great. We loved the convenience to restaurants and shops. We definitely feel others should try it. Thank You.

We highly recommend Ocean view Gem! Our stay was fantastic, with all the essentials provided, including plates, cups, pots, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs. The place is clean, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We can't wait to come back next year! 5 stars

The location is beautiful. The pool is great, the grounds seem to be well kept. I have stayed at two different condos at Ocean Pointe in the last few months and I am getting the impression that is a gamble b/c it can be like a slum once in the condos, but nice on the grounds. It depends on the level of care when it comes to managing each unit. Honestly, I felt scammed, shocked, and I immediately regretted that I paid a little over $1800 in advance for a 5 day stay. Had I known what I was about to walk into I would have picked a different place to stay. Maybe other units are managed better....idk.

Our room was extremely stinky. It reeked of a horrendous musty odor and old cigarette smoke. It was not as clean as I am used to seeing at every other hotel, motel, condo, or vacation unit in the USA. It took 3+ days for the stench to clear out. It was very demoralizing & I felt scammed, like my business & money was taken for granted. I do not understand why anyone would offer a place that stinky to the public & expect people to pay to endure the stench. I planned a special trip to celebrate a major accomplishment for one of my kids. This was a time to honor her, and I felt embarrassed that I brought her into that smelly environment. I will never again book a room for several days due to this experience. I must see and smell the room before I commit to more than a day or 2. I spent much of my time attempting to deodorize the rooms, rewashing linens, washing down surfaces in an attempt to be able to stay in the space. If you have family who are sensitive to extremely musty odor be cautious. The only good thing I can say is that after 4 days it smells better. With attention to cleaning, airing the room out, properly maintaining whatever is making the unit's air quality very poor and smell horrendous...it could be a nice place to stay, but paying customers should not be expected to pay to stay in this.
