Ferien Haus - Hot Tub & Fire PIt

We were really looking forward to our Christmas stay, but unfortunately this property did not match the listing or our expectations. There is active construction around and across from the house, with noise starting early in the morning — something we were only informed about after the booking became non-refundable. Had we known earlier, we would have chosen a different place. The listing mentioned a “well-equipped kitchen” and barbecue, but the pans were unusable and the grill was not available. It also wasn’t possible to sleep comfortably because the blinds are too short, offering very little privacy or light control. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom: there was a sewage smell, hair in the shower, and the toilet did not look properly cleaned. These are basic cleanliness standards that should be addressed before guests arrive. We tried to stay positive and make the best of it because it was Christmas and we already had plans, but overall the stay fell far short of what was advertised. With better transparency and attention to cleaning and maintenance, this property could be a nice stay — but in its current condition, I would not book it again.

Very cute house, very clean with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hot tub was ready to go, and there was a fire pit available. Plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking meals. And close to everything.

It was in a good location and the decor was nice. The house was well appointed although the kitchen was dated. Very clean!!!

Need bedside tables in bedroom. Living room could use another comfy chair if there were 4 people visiting. The road the noise than expected. The construction next should be on a he listing.

Well maintained, perfect for our stay, great location within walking distance to the main strip and it was in a safe neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.
