The pictures showed that we could stand on our balcony and have a unobstructed view of the beach but the security guard said that we rented a ocean view room and not a ocean front room. If you don’t know that, the wording on the advertisement is tricky by not explaining the difference there is a possibility that you could be disappointed as in our case plus the pictures showed that the water park was part of the facility and then find out that it’s across the street and not part of the package was also disappointing. Even as old as I am I still learn something every day and that is you can’t trust a advertisement from Casado.

"Great beach"

The location of the resort and the view from the room.

Front desk was rude. Odor on hallway. Room out dated. Room had coffee maker but no cups. Paint pealing off the refrigerator.
