"Good size and location but terrible standard. Communication with host disappointing."

Good location, big apartment, tidy

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable - super soft and full of springs. There was mold on the walls in the living room and in the bedroom. We had to wait 30 minutes to be let in through the gate - the host didn’t answer the phone and didn’t update us what is happening, we were afraid it was a scam. The second night we didn’t have warm water and couldn’t take a hot shower after a long day in a cold and rain. We contacted the host, they requested we send them a picture of a certain button and then they ghosted us - no one let us know if they’re working on the issue or if it cannot be solved.
