The communication from the staff is non existent, the phone number provided is text only. I let them know the sink was blocked and had no response. There was a hole in the wall in the room, the bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny. We arrived on time but was waiting 20 minutes for the access codes. I've stayed in much better places. We will not be returning.

The actual room was spacious and light, kitchen was useful and shower was great

I liked how spacious the apartment was and its location. Cleanliness was alright.

In the entry to the building there is a massive hole in the wall which definitely is off-putting when first entering a property. I and another guest who arrived at the same time had trouble accessing our rooms as the door codes were not loaded in right. I arrived on time for my booking and it still took upwards of five minutes for my codes to appear at all even though I had followed all of the instructions to get them. There was a smaller hole in the wall in my room, the walls had scratches and marks on them, and the bed was an incredibly uncomfortable spring mattress.

Perfect location in city centre the apartment was lovely and clean didn’t use a lot of the facilities as hardly there but the apartment had everything should you need it we stayed two nights slept very well and loved the hot powerful shower.
