Spacious City Centre Apartment - Balcony - Smart TV - WIFI- 448A

The cleanliness was incredible! Even through the location was 20min walk out of the City Centre, the area was so quiet and peaceful which made it excellent to sleep.

The £150 security deposit was little much. We only got an email stating this after the booking.

Plenty of space and storage. Very clean and comfortable.

While we found the apartment very nice upon our arrival we had a nightmare accessing the flat. We were unable to use the fob to get into and out of the building, including after an evening out. We had to resort to a kind neighbor or a car entering/leaving through the back gate. We one time waited a few hours to be let in. We even considered calling the police as all of our belongings were inside the flat. This was very distressing. We contacted Haus Birmingham many times without answer. Eventually when they picked up they said there was simply no one available to help us, even the cleaner. According to the neighbours this is clearly a recurring problem with the building and as two women with no other contacts in Birmingham it was a horrible experience to feel trapped in our accommodation, unable to enter or leave as needed.

The balcony was handy.. the bathroom was nice as was the kitchen..but could have been cleaner.

The bedroom wasn't clean. The duvet cover was stained and there were cobwebs in the corners, probably still there. The bed was really uncomfortable. It is clearly old. You can feel every spring and it's very noisy when you move.

The space and location are good A lot of space

The only letdown was the cleaning, but the caretaker was so helpful and supportive to see our needs . They need to change the carpet in the living room or wash the carpet. Change the mattress in the bedroom.

How big it is, the comfort fully furnished, kitchen was clean

The shower water was lukewarm not hot enough for me, personally. The bathroom had a kinda hotel bathroom smell but other than that it wasn’t too bad
