Seascape Stay No 4, Sea View & Parking

Location is superb.

The best thing is the allocated parking. The property is located on a hill, please be mindful in case of any mobility issues. It is a very nice property, clean and equipped with everything for a short stay, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. A coffee press, too.

Nothing really. We would think it would be a good idea to leave more info/ leaflets about dining out and takeaways. Or to add some inside knowledge in the guest folder, which contained mostly the white appliance manuals. We would recommend « Hevva!» on High Street for fish food.

Had a lovely week in Falmouth, the apartment was perfect for two, well situated for the town centre with good communication from the owners, beach about 30 min walk, parking provided which is essential as road is extremely tight. Was left a few bits & bobs which wasn't expected which was a nice touch, well worth the money, would visit again.

Parking a real bonus but spaces very tight & some people's parking was terrible making others park at angles not the owners fault & we had a great time but was a little worried about dents & scratches (but that's me). No outside bin.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The free parking was a bonus and the host communicated well with me prior to arrival so I had all of my check in information to hand.

Nothing, this is one of the best properties that I have stayed in during many work related visits to Falmouth

Fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay and is very clean. Communication was good too.
