This location was perfect for us, as we were beginning a West Highland Way walk. It is a close, easy walk from the train station, and steps from the start of the walk. Excellent pubs and restaurants are nearby. The host gave very clear directions and instructions and was available for any questions. We would highly recommend

Perfekte Lage um den West Highland way zu starten. Restaurants, Läden, Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Alles nötig vorhanden um etwas kleines zu kochen oder zu waschen. Der Vermieter ist äusserst bemüht um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste und sehr hilfsbereit! Ein Gastgeber mit Herzblut!

Brilliant location and the perfect starting point for the WHW. Instructions readily understood. Simple facilities (a room, a bath and a kitchen) but this is all you need.

Can' t point to anything I didnt like. I wasnt expecting much.

Everything was great

The location is excellent for people doing the West Highland Way walk. It is a few blocks from the train station and a block from the trailhead. Several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The property is old but well cared for. Because of the age, we could hear people on the street. Fortunately the street is not all that busy and it was quiet during the night.
