FREmplacement idéal. Studio au calme, bien équipé et spacieux. Parfait pour un séjour à 2 avec toutes les commodités à côté (transports, restaurants, bars, alimentation, lieux d’intérêt).
Une petite tablette pliable pour prendre l’apéritif sur le joli petit balcon côté jardin serait un « + » très apprécié 😉

ADLocation, space, clean and TV with many chanels. The shower was very good in terms of pressure.
The noise insulation. The wood flors transmits noise from the upper flor.

ITPosizione eccellente, si trova su una strada pianeggiante (non da poco a Porto ahahah), pedonale e piena di negozi. Molto vicina a Sao Bento e alle fermate del bus. Centrale e tutte le attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili. La camera si trova all' interno del palazzo quindi eventuali rumori della strada non si sentono. Primo piano solo con scale ma facili da fare. Check-in semplice da fare. Host gentili 3 disponibili, ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in 1 ora prima. Occorrenti necessari per cucinare. Comodo avere una cucina. Letto comodo con 4 bei cuscini.
Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in o dopo il check out perché non hanno un posto dove lasciarli, ma a Sao Bento c è un luggage storage molto comodo ed economico. Quando si entra in camera si sente un odore un po' sgradevole (forse dovuto ad un po' di muffa presente sulla parete tra le 2 finestre) che si prova a mimetizzare con un profumatore dalla fragranza molto forte e quindi anch'essa sgradevole. L' host ci ha gentilmente aggiunto una culla gratuitamente per nostra figlia (grazie), ma la stanza risulta molto piccina anche senza la culla. Avrei preferito una macchinetta del caffè a cialde (ma questo è un gusto personale).

TRI liked to stay at this room...Bed was very clean,new and comfortable, there were coffee machine, hair dryer etc. Before that place i stayed at another hotel, but i must say that i liked better this place. I had just some navigation problem while going to my room. I went to another adress with the same name, so people should choose not only flower45 but it is with "one bedroom"option. It is located at a very central and populous street, near to the Palacio da Bolsa.
There is no thing that i dont like.
