The accomadition was as described.Public beach was available ( within 100m ) same as mercato.

If you arrive by 2 cars per 1 apartment.You have to look for free parking for second car nearby the apartment ( I was lucky ) or pay city parking (blue zones).On the othere hand free parking cca 250m away from the apartment ( outside the city ) is also good available.
