PHThe location is just across Burnham Park There was a last minute change in the venue but thankful that the owner is kind enough to look for an alternate place.
The kitchen appliances needs an upgrade. The fridge is kinda old and rice cooker is not working. For utensils, please add more kitchen utensils, we had to use the spoon and fork for cooking.

I booked a room for 4 for 1 night in booking.com a week before check-in. On the day of check-in, they asked me to add P1000 on top of my payment to booking.com because their reason is the room is good only for 2 person and the minimum stay is 2 nights, which is clearly not the case of my booking details. When I refused to pay the additional amount, they informed me that they have given up my room to prioritize guest who asked for extension the night before. They forced us to move to another accommodation which is far from our booking. Informed me that it's not on me who experienced this, meaning they're doing it on other guests as well. It would seem the additional payment they're asking to me is to offset the additional income from guests who requested extension. Take note that I booked a week before that but they deprioritized us which ruined our vacation in Baguio. This is the first time I've experienced such horrible customer service as I've been going back and forth in Baguio regularly.
