"Home like place to stay"

10.0

We were there for 12 days for the birth of our grand daughter. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, shower is small-but useable. Use can re-use towels/sheets until request new ones, which we like for environmental reasons . Have stayed here numerous times and will again.

Very dated property. Tiles broken in the shower, had to sit on the toilet sideways, dog was barking in the middle of the night, and there was no place to set your luggage. I would not recommend.

It was the only place that had a vacancy. The front office staff was willing to help me when I had a problem with my key. The front office staff was excellent for me.

After receiving my key and unlocking my room, I opened the door to find an enormous naked woman laying on my bed. I brought this concern to the owners who said "that must be Anna" and gave me the key next door. The entire property smelled like burnt chemicals and perfume, which I think may have been a meth smell. The room next door showed signs of forced entry, and had a hole patched with a chunk of wood where the doorknob had ostensibly crashed through the paper-thin walls. The police were hard at work outside, pulling people over every few minutes and sending blaring red and blue lights into the drafty windows. By the time I heard a small child screaming "HELP ME!" from the corridor, I knew it was time for me to leave. I did not stay the night and instead booked a room at the Fairfield 45 minutes north, driving through the pitch black darkness and red aerial warning lights of the enormous corporate farmland hellscape of eastern colorado. Do not stay here. If you do stay here, do not expect a refund. They will just give you the runaround and ignore your concerns.
