GEThe location is perfect, it's close to every main landmark. The flat is very bright and well equipped. We were immediately checked in and shown around.The help was available all the time when we had questions about anything.
Since the flat is located in the centre of the city was a bit noisy.
GRThe location was very good,it was right between plaza major and plaza Sol and very close to most off the places we wanted to visit and since we enjoy walking we did not use any transportation…the place was very nice and clean,but it did not provide anything,it was the first time for us that we stayed in an apartment that didn’have anything…not even one shot of coffee,not even some sugar,it didn’t even have a sponge ,dish washing liquid..nothing…I think they should provide these thinks..

It was extremely noisy throughout the night so didn't get much sleep. There are wooden shutters to block out the light but unfortunately most of them didn't work.
USNicely furnished and decorated. Size was good.
An extra trash bag would have been nice.
HRPosition couldn't be better, in the center of town, everything in walking distance...good and spaceous apartment, fast wi-fi, good coffee machine...a lot of bars and restaurants around...10/10!
GBIt is a spacious and light apartment right in the historic centre of Madrid. There was adequate equipment for a comfortable two week stay. I especially liked the double wardrobes and mirrors in the bedroom; the bed was comfortable and two duvets in different tog ratings were provided. The Minty Stay team were responsive and resolved the problem with the bedroom curtains/shutters within a few days. It was helpful to be met personally on arrival.
Being in the centre of a vibrant, late night city, it could be noisy at night so I needed to wear earplugs.
