Very nice house, close to Esplanade

The house needs proper cleaning. There is a lot of decorative stuff but unfortunately everything is covered with thick dust. Kitchen needs a lot of attention, filthy rubbish bin, main lamp. So called garden is waiting for major accident. Hand rail must be there

The house was beautiful 😍 so comfortable, and clean .

Too far out for us a 20-minute walk into Scarborough

I loved the fact it was a 2 bedroom house and it is dog friendly, good location to amenities. Walking distance to pubs. Nice neighbours, friendly and helpful with telling us where things were to go to and do.

Well when we first arrived as we walked into the house I noticed a bad smell, not pleasant at all, I had to open all windows and spray some perfume which did help to make it smell a little nicer not an ideal arrival. The bins outside of the property are stinking and haven’t been emptied in a while and could do with a good clean. Not good as you walk up the path to the house. Inside needs a really good deep clean, cobwebs all over, it’s off putting. Little things like this would make a massive difference.

Furnished really well for a rental, no expense spared, lovely bedding and towels. House is a good finish and standard. Lovely courtyard for the dogs. Really homely and well equipped. Parking permits given as it’s a disc zone so no issues that you can’t park nearby.

Everything was good only criticism was The dustbins hadnt been emptied and because of warm weather the smell lingered near front door.
