Lovely lodge. Very comfortable with everything you need. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Hot tub was amazing. Lovely location. Will definitely stay here again

"The lodge was a delight to stay in. All the small touches made it so cozy."

The lodge was beautiful, both clean and cozy. There was everything you could possibly want. The hot tub was a luxury. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless.

There are no complaints at all. We cannot fault this accomodation. Would highly recommend.

Hot tub and overall chalet....just spot on

Found broken glass champagne flute in cupboard which shouldnt have been there and was dangerous. No reply from contact when advised.

white cross bay site is a great location between Windermere n Ambleside but use of a car would be recommended, this lodge is in a great location on the site . It is in quiet location not directly overlooked with a wood behind and not far from the Lake . It was as the photos and was very clean . The deck was big enough for us as a couple and the hot tub was checked daily - today as we left all the water was removed and was being refilled . (it has its own large parasol that can be put over it ) We used the bar onsite and had food , which was lovely and staff very friendly .

I didn’t realize you had to take your own towels (I don’t think it’s clearly stated in the facilities section) I only found out about 10 am on the morning of day we were due to arrive - (when I contacted re the codes required for entrance to the site and the lodge key box) and information was sent then re lodge and mentioned bring own towels . Also it’s very well equipped which is great - but maybe too many mugs / cups etc as no space for food I had taken in any of the cupboards . Also the main bedroom wardrobe was full of utilities . These are minor things (but I would have been annoyed if set off and hadn’t taken towels !!! )

great place in a lovely spot

Wi-Fi was very poor plus shower head in bathroom was broke an sprayed water everywhere an the water in shower didn’t drain had to stop my shower after 30 seconds as water was up to my ankles
