Very calm and clean and spacious apartment. It was lovely to have the balcony. And everything was equipped well. The owners were very helpful and responsive with any queries. The location is perfect - close to so many nice parts of Mexico City. We wish would stay longer and will come back soon! Gracias

Very spacious and bright apartment. You have everything you need, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer and laundry powder provided, perfect location, even a complimentary wine bottle at arrival which was a lovely touch. Wonderful friendly responsive host. Out of all the apartments I’ve looked it, this was the best for price/ quality and location. I would definitely recommend it for other families!

Only thing was the automatic lock was a bit fiddly and sometimes didn’t work. When we arrived late in the evening, we spent about 15 mins outside the door trying to get in (which was not ideal with a very tired toddler). We later learnt that the doorman has a key which is helpful and the fact that there was a doorman made the property feel more secure. Another small comment - it could be a little cleaner (the floors were quite dusty everywhere, quite old/ tired looking bath matts but these are quite small points). Overall we were very happy with the apartment and the host.

The facility as a whole is very nice as pictured. Location is good, key access is easy and the apartment is clean and spacious.

There were some challenges. Hot water was temperamental that there were uncertainties when hot water was available. Water would be luke warm to cold at times in one of the bathrooms. The door knob for one of the guest rooms would loosen on occasion, however, that just needs simple fix. Response rate by the host wasn't immediate and would take a day to respond. I had to make follow-up messages to get a response sometimes. Host, however, was very nice. Final note. There is no place to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out. I used the app Bounce to store my luggage around the area for those who will find themselves in this predicament.

The location was excellent!! I loved how thorough our host was, inc fav restaurants and how to deal with earthquake. The place was spotless and exactly like photos.

Not a dislike just was concerned that the windows and patio doors didn't lock. But felt safe!

La Condesa is one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. This 3BR apartment is in a doorman building with friendly staff who buzz you in and out. I loved having a kitchen and, in particular, a washer and dryer (and detergent) in the apartment. The small but serviceable gym on the top floor can be reserved via the doorman. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing missing is a dishwasher (but dishwashing liquid, sponges, and a drying rack are provided).

As it says on the packet, Amazing apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (no bath just showers), large living area with fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Nice balcony, in quiet residential area. It is well kept but we didn't have a chance to use the roof BBQ area or gym. The TV has all the usual movie platforms. Easy instructions from Pili about the getting the key. There is a 24 hour porter so it was no problem that we arrived almost at midnight. The neighbors on the street were very friendly.
