Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Die Dame war sehr gebildet und konnte Heinrich Heine rezitieren. Letztlich ist es wohl sinnvoll, die Nacht als ein besonders abenteuerliches Erlebnis zu sehen. Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, dann das Federvieh und schließlich ab 5:00 Uhr morgens die Abreise derjenigen, die wie wir nicht schlafen konnten.

Wir haben einen Parkplatz gebucht, den es dann aber nicht gab. Dafür hat uns Booking noch einmal zusätzlich acht Euro berechnet. Wir würden uns als gute Booking Kunden wünschen, diese erstattet zu bekommen, da ihr keine Leistung gegenüber stand.

Rien, tout était nul, le quartier, pas wifi, c'était un taudis

Ce n'est pas un établissement à recommander, 10 chambres complètement nulles. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, on entendait tout le temps le coq qui était sur le mur toute la journée et la nuit tous les demi heures, de la musique reggae jusque tard le soir. les toilettes qui fuyaient, pas propres. les draps avaient l'air de ne pas avoir été changés et étaient tachés. Pour 120 Euros pour trois, c'est abuser. on était qu' a deux.Çà vaut 30 euros.

No mosquitos, so could sleep with open windows, which is very nice. The woman managing the property (may be owner) was very nice.

The room was just not clean and it seemed like it was not cleaned for a long time as the heavy dust and things forgotten by other guests under the bed suggested. The toilet was very dirty, I had to clean it with my steriliser to be able to use it. My partner found an artificial nail near the bed probably left by previous guest. The toilet was inside the bedroom separated by a wall that didn’t go up to the ceiling, so we could use toilet for number one only. The fridge also located inside the room was very loud so we had to switch it off to be able to sleep. Overall, because of how anti-sanitaire the room was it was a horrible experience. I don’t understand how this property could have had good reviews with this level of (un)cleanliness.

Dirty rooms; leaking ceiling; old towels and bedding; smell of felines (cats) in one of the rooms. My friend and I ended up staying the same room due all the other rooms being beyond non-liveable. I was tempted to find alternative accommodation, however, I stayed because I was exhausted from the hike to the Volcano. I just needed to rest. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning.
