Location

The locks were working properly, I reported it several times and even if the staff said they took action, no visible improvement was made. The room has no safe. One of the doors locks didn’t work one night and I had to wait outside for someone to come to the building, since there’s not staff there. The room is very small and the layout is a bit bizarre

Location was excellent and apartment was in line with expectations

Door code provided was incorrect so had to call

Comfort of one of the beds, once the codes were available, entering was super easy. For the good and the bad, is located at Gran Via.

Sofa bed was not comfortable. The apartment (estambul) was close to the lift/neighbouring walls which creates certain noise. Is super noisy, as it is close to Gran via and some adjacent streets. Not knowing the reason, the room fan (not sure if managed centrally for all building or floor) started during the night (noise and sometimes cold). We didn’t like to be surprised with construction work in the building without being informed and without having the price impacted by that.

Very compact small Apartment but had everything needed. Loved the small balcony to look out

Lobby not inviting. Seems like several tiny apartment off a small corridor.

La comodidad de las camas, pudimos descansar super bien. Y la ubicación era fabulosa. Excelente distribución y todo super limpio.

El precio. Se excedió de nuestro presupuesto
