Very bad management..they rob my money

Unspecific location abd bad management

During my stay, I experienced the following issues: • The heating did not work, leaving the room extremely cold. • The floorboards were burned and in poor condition. • The shower released black gunk, making it unusable. • The kitchen smelled unpleasant. • The pillow had hair on it, showing a lack of cleanliness. • Only one towel was provided for the entire stay. • The lifts were out of order, which was particularly difficult for me as I am pregnant. • The “double bed” advertised was in fact two single beds pushed together, with a very thin duvet that did not provide warmth. • No basic toiletries (hand wash, shampoo) were provided. • The bathroom lining was coming off the walls, giving an unkept and unhygienic appearance. This experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, and the conditions did not match the description or standards promised when I booked.

Close to the centre, so location is excellent, secure parking is excellent too.
