Nice location, close to the beach.

Unfortunately, a caravan was dirty, sticky inside. All windows were dirty. Mattress and covers were dirty. We hadn't space in the double bedroom's wardrobe, because wasn't empty. The curtains were with the mould. We spend our first day for cleaning, because it was so dirty there. And they tried to charge us for dirty mattresses and covers that were already dirty and stained when we got there. The chairs were not stable and were falling apart. The conditions of this caravan are not worth the price. Good that we're all days outside.

Great location and so easy to find. Everything worked well.

Didn't like all cigarettes nubs outside caravan made caravan smell of cigarettes should have been cleaned ip in second room side of bed dirty socks sweet wrappers left from previous people

Location of the property was good. Nice to have a decking and seating area too. The van comes with all the essential kitchen items you’ll need aswell as some cleaning products. Nice to have a smart tv that we could log into our own entertainment apps.

Lockbox location was hard to find, luckily there was a passer by who told us where it was. Caravan was quite narrow and small. A Bluetooth speaker was provided but was dead and no charger given. Caravan had areas of mould in cupboards and some mould on bedding aswell as on the soft cover to the pull out bed . Cleaners of caravan need to take extra care when signing off the caravan as “clean” as it definitely had areas that wasn’t clean ( we nearly got charged for soiling items that we didn’t use ). Soft furnishings definitely need a good cleaning as a lot of stuff was quite dirty and soiled and didn’t have a fresh smell. Scrubbing brush for the pots in the kitchen was caked in dog hair in between bristles, luckily we brought our own. Cutlery wasn’t the cleanest and had tea stains all over. Over the bed storage in main bedroom smelled weird and we were hesitant to use. Shower door wasn’t the easiest to open. Rusty springs on pull out bed that left stains of the mattress. Wood effect on dining table was peeling and is quite sharp and a bit of a hazard especially when staying with children, dining chairs backs were coming away from the seat section. A lot of the blinds were snapped and handles missing, some of the brackets holding them up allowed them to slip out when pulling blinds up. Site was noted as family friendly but other caravan stayers swore at our children playing and threatened that they’ll let their dogs out if they carry on. Road right outside the van is narrow especially when your cars are parked as there is a big caravan for sale blocking most of the road.

Absolutely lovely caravan great location, everything you need inside the caravan. Lovely seating area outside really enjoyed our stay Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a brilliant stay. 😊

Only issue I had one of the beds had a dirty sheet but that would be down to the cleaner.

the caravan was lovely in a great location and very cosy.

no clear instructions for heating so went the first night without any as I messaged holiday company and noone came back to me til the next day. the cleaners did not respond at all. there was no WiFi connected which also meant the TV didn't work either. I spent most of my first day trying to sort out the Internet with the holiday company the owners and camping connect, Internet company. the camping connect engineer didn't come out until the Tuesday afternoon. i arrived on friday afternoon so i went 4.5 days without internet or tv.. the holiday company were reluctant to give me any compensation only offered me £10 a day for my loss after I asked to be re imbursed for my time, however refused to pay me for the tuesday as the engineer turned up at lunch time. The owners were apologetic on the holiday companies behalf however I still don't feel I was reimbursed for the time it took out of my days to help sort out the situation. the owners have offered to pay my data charges for having to use my data when my bill comes through at the end of the month.
