IEApartment looks beautiful on pictures but lots of small things are broken or dirty.
Very dirty couches, broken chair, window blinds in the bedroom was broken so we didn’t have good sleep after sunrise, lots of messages from the owner/agency which put lots of pressure on us, for example if you don’t take the bin bags out they will charge you, if you don’t return the key by 10am they will charge you 200€. I never had this type of messages. I find it weird. Basically they want you to leave spotless clean apartment even though you’re paying them lots of money to stay in the apartment and it’s not in perfect condition as it looks like on the pictures . If you want to use kitchen and cook, pots are old and dirty.

MKThe location was great, there was market in the neighborhood, few restaurants and great connection with 2 busses.
There was broken handle bar on the bathroom door. Chips Leftovers under the bed in the bedroom. Broken curten holder in the living room. Damage floor in front of the bathroom door. I am questioning if owners have been visited their apartment to see all mentioned above.
BAStan je dosta komforan, ništa specijalno, ali ipak za standar u Zagrebu je ok. Postojanje parking garaže.
Previsoka cijena, obzirom na ponudu. Na posteljini pronađena prljavština, što je pokvarilo ukupni dojam.
