Clean apartment

You need some one to help new comers to help how get in

It was clean and great value for money.

Faulty heater in one of the rooms, was a little cold in the night.

The location was 10/10, right in the city centre. The host was amazing and couldn't be more helpful

The apartment was a little tired but clean and well kept. Everything we needed.

The location is good

ROACHES!!!! Bad smell Unclean

The fresh look of the house

The cleaning was definitely not good, very dusty everywhere and there was mould in the bathroom, even the shower head. Then we had "guests" that haven't paid to stay... there were cockroaches everywhere, even on the living room ceiling, and the heating was difficult to start on...

Clean and smelt nice

No new sponges to wash water glasses, however, there were quite a few so not too big of a deal

The property worked for what I needed it for in terms of it's proximity to where I was working. Overall aesthetic worked and the kitchen and living room were well presented along with a well presented bathroom which was warm.

Cockroaches were an issue, I found a number whilst I was at the property. Communal areas in the block also smelt. Mattress was uncomfortable and no mattress protector, which seems a bit odd if you're letting a property out to various people.
