The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but there isn’t much around. The house is located in a standard residential area, so if someone is looking for beautiful views from the windows, this probably isn’t the place. The nearest supermarkets, like Aldi or Morrison’s, are about a 15-minute walk. The hot tub works well, which is a huge plus — once it’s filled, it’s very relaxing. Overall, in my opinion, the house could use some renovation, especially the upstairs floor, which feels unsafe to walk on. The sofa could also be replaced with a new one. There are many scents placed in the sockets, which may be uncomfortable for those sensitive to strong smells — it can be overwhelming within just a few minutes. That said, it is generally better than a hotel in terms of privacy and having a kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast. For someone who is looking for a few days to themselves without high expectations, it could be okay.

I liked how cozy the property was, very spacious and in a very quiet neighbourhood, the room was very well done and the bed was really comfy. The cleanliness of the property exceeded expectations, would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

I didn't like the fact that the hot tub had to be filled when we got there, meaning we had less time to bath in the experience of it. Would definitely recommend to fill it up for the guests beforehand.

To down stairs didn’t have any Chanel’s sofe is uncomfortable bed is lop sided worst sleep booked two nights stayed one and hot tub dint get hot either waste money

The bed was really comfy and the house was clean. Very quiet area which we loved. The sofa in the living room wasn’t comfy and it was broke on the left side. Shower head didn’t work and hot tube wasn’t filled.

Property was in a good location local to Batley, Leeds and Dewsbury so was easy to get to places

There were a few niggly bits in the apartment that could have been improved like the staircase carpet was loose - this could potentially be dangerous as we had a baby and were going up and down the stairs alot. The cupboards didn’t have bare minimum oven tray even so we had to get a lot of our own stuff. Host was terrible at communication unless it suited them.

Living Room sofa chair was so small. It wasn’t for an adult. Also, bath tub was completely blocked and water was not draining out.
