Championsgate 6 Bd Luxury home Private Pool - 1401

We liked being so close to the Club House with pool and lazy river; however, the photos make it seem like you can just walk out the back doo over to the pool, but you have to walk several blocks along the road.

We booked through booking.com, and their rep was very responsive to our messages. It's not their fault the air conditioner was clogged and kept shutting down, or that the ice maker, water filter, dishwasher, tub drain, shower door, and 3 lounge chairs were broken. We had to rewash the dishes, including pots/pans before we could use them. Thankfully, the bathrooms were clean, but the blinds, rugs, artwork, outdoor furniture, etc. were filthy/covered in dust. The kid's bedrooms were nicely decorated/appointed, but the adult bedrooms were sorely lacking in that department. Booking.com did what they could to assist us with the things that went sideways, and allowed us late check-out, but this property is currently for sale and seems as though the owners have lost all interest in keeping things clean and in working order for vacation renters.
