Fantastic location and Jason was a responsive and accommodating host!

We loved the private pool, slightly cool but very refreshing. We used it daily. We are from San Diego and moved away a couple of years ago and really love the area and array of restaurants, activities and beaches nearby. I am active and there is lots of yoga studios , workout places nearby. I had a great time and will stay here again. The grill was also indispensible and cooked our meals when home on the grill. We also loved the option to bring our pet with us. We wouldnt have been able to stay here if our pet wasnt allowed. The bed, space and furnishings were very comfortable for two. The home and neighborhood was close to everything, yet quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest.

Everything was great. Could have a frying pan for the burner on the grill. We had paper plates, cups and plastic silverware for easy cleanup but wished there was options for coffee mugs and silverware instead of disposables would be better.

Close location to the beach and downtown Encinitas. The backyard has a very beachy vibe and a nice pool to use. They provide pool blowups and beach chairs/towels for the beach. The outdoor shower to get off the sand from the beach is nice too. We didn't use the grill but even have a grill for a BBQ. I liked parking my car inside the gate for privacy and having it secure. Bed is comfy. Owner is very responsive and keeps in touch during your stay.

close to train tracks so you can hear the trains that come through frequently. Though they do provide ear plugs I learned about after our stay. skylight windows let in a lot of light into the space so will wake you up early unless you use eye masks they provide as they are right above the bed area. shower is in the kitchen area next to the bed which is a little odd but there is a curtain you can close for more privacy from the bed/living space area. If you dirty dishes you have to use a small bathroom sink to wash dishes. No kitchen sink in the kitchenette area.

Good location, spacious, comfortable bed, coffee supplied, sofas, large two sink bathroom and nice shower.

Beautiful high ceilings, but windows at the top provide so much light, it wakes me up very early in the morning.

Pool, driveway, friendly and responsive landlord, close to beaches, and close to restaurants. Great stay, will definitely consider again for next time!

Really nice spot with a nice pool and awesome host that helped me with our wifi connection.

It didnt have a sink in the kitcken area.

Kitchen lacked a real kitchen sink but was acceptable

It is an exceptional property, with a private entrance, a private pool as well as everything you might need if you either traveling on through or taking a beach vacation. It is clean and comfortable, in a good location near restaurants.

The contact person sent an inconsiderate text message at 9:45pm the night before the checkout date, for their preferred checkout process indicating you should be out by 10am, when the booking.com indicates checkout is 11:am. It would have been better communicated earlier that day, the next morning, or via email.
