Urban Oasis - 3BR 2BA - City View- Private Parking

Did not enjoy anything about this experience..was not able to stay due to unsanitary conditions leading into property.. could only imagine the inside conditions

The unsanitary conditions..the parking lighting and upkeep of a safe and stable stairway to enter property..My family decided it was to unclean and upkeep was poor to stay at the property..We left for other accommodation and enjoyed ever part of that stay.I did reach out and show pictures of concerns of the property for any type of refund and was denied by the property...If your expectations are low and you don't mind a property that has trash overflowing in its doorway full of beer and condom wrapper then this this is a good one to book..

Size of the property

Cleanliness, e.g. mould in bathroom, stained and dirty furniture, kitchen equipment found with remnants of previous guests meals. General lack of maintenance of property compared to misleading photos on booking.com. The host, although quick to respond to our review of the property just told us they would have fixed the issues if raised at the time. I’m not sure how this would have been done considering the extent of the work needed and replacement of lounge for example! We feel this should have all been done before letting the property, it should not have to be pointed out by guests.

Available parking

Very old and not well maintained. Sleep sofa was very stained. Shower curtains were stained. Walls could get some fresh paint. Outside area had tree branches and leaves that were a slip and fall hazard. Trash cans outside were overflowing and trash was on the ground.

There is plenty of space

It slept enough.

It was really stinky and dirty.

Good location, parking, & space

Little tricky with suitcase & bags down steps

The location was very quiet and cozy for my family and I plus we were able to move about the city pretty easy due to the location.

The only flaw was we had to go upstairs to use the restrooms and with small kids that’s a lot of climbing up and down stairs.
