Lokacija je odlicna, stan je sredjen sa ukusom i jako je cisto

Previse pravila, stalno nekakva upozorenja i prijetnje, dnevno stize 2 do 4 maila, bukvalno spamuju, na dan dolaska stiglo je cak 7 mailova, a ukupno cak 19 mailova!Toliko su naporno sa naprijed navedenim, da buravak uopste ne bude ugodan, sto se mene tice ovo je za izbjegavanje

Could have used a basic amount of cooking ingredients like salt and pepper, maybe some oil, so we wouldn't have to buy those things for 2 days. Pillows could have been bigger

Please, do not stay at this apartment!! Not sooner then I checked out I received laconic e-mail saying I supposedly stained the pillow and the couch and I was left without the deposit of 100 euros!! When I asked for the proof of what I supposedly damaged they sent me the photos not of the pillow and the couch but of the bathroom, bathroom rug (stained, but not by me!!) and of the bed that I slept in not proofing anything! I was very careful not to stain or damage anything and I even cleaned everything I could to leave the apartment clean and tidy! I contacted Booking Dispute Center and they could not do anything about it which was disheartening! The apartment is generic, without character, I only needed a place to sleep. Please, do not stay in this apartment or the chain of apartments of Flexible SelfCheckIns Zagreb unless you want to get robbed!
