Location and cleanliness

No sun loungers around the pool and having to go quite a distance for the key. You should be able to pick the key up at the property like other apartments do. Also I don’t like the way you have taken 150 euros off my credit card for the deposit it always goes on as pending and you actually take it if needed. I have been charged by my credit card company for the withdrawal so I lose money which is not good for me. And there are no English channels on the tv

Fab location 👌 Gentleman met us with our key as we arrived in the afternoon and their premises were closed. Paid fee for delivery of key which we knew about but saved us carrying luggage to go way up to allocated area to collect key (€10 fee, we gladly paid €20, lovely guy met us).Only one key provided, bit of a nuisance as you needed it for apartment & main gate for access (possibly another available for a further fee, not sure!!)Apartment large, spotless & had washing machine, cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster.Safe available with key provided. Air conditioning & TV available for a fee. We were disappointed with this as WiFi should be widely available in this day & age!!! One supply of towels/bed sheets, suppose it's because they supply washing machine ?? (used spa facilities in Ambassador as we love there, so mostly showered there).Wouldn't like that in hot weather, though, as towels/sheets would need changing!! Check-in was done online, and it was very convenient. Swimming pool there, no loungers available, maybe because it's a residential area.Biggest issue was sleep due to the extreme noise from outside at all times from bottles/bins being emptied all hours throughout the night & people shouting!! Had early check out for 10am but was able to stay till 3pm for a fee of €20 and we were delighted with that as we wer flying out at 7pm!!

Everything was good you have everything you need

Having to post keys back when leaving as it was 15 minutes walk to offices

Very central clean, all facilities were great

Just no sunbeds around pool area but i understand why as a residential property
