The location was close to the Waterfront and Pikes Market. Had a great view. The place was clean except for a few areas that had damage under cabinet in kitchen, a broken chair leg and a broken vase in bedroom. Rooms for comfortable for four adults.

I did not care for attitude of staff. They were not friendly and I was not aware of a background check that I would be required to pay. They also want to charge $150 for what they said was a violation of their HOA rules which say you must be sure no other vehicles come in. They only provide one fob for garage but provide two parking spaces. When we entered garage both cars went through. No other vehicles went through after us. I am protesting this charge.

The location was perfect. Me & a friend were visiting Seattle for a girls trip. This was easy walking from all the fun things around. It was nice to have a private, secure building to go back too. The host had a bunch of notes around the condo to help explain how certain things work. Which was very helpful.

In my own opinion my bed was too firm & pillows with not enough neck support. But those are just personal preferences.

The identification process was a total nightmare. I was harassed until days before arriving, asking me for 1) a photo of my driving licence, 2) a photo of my passport, 3) a selfie of me and my passport, 4) my credit card details and - to add insult to injury - losing all this information and mailing me two three times per day with automated messages not reacting to my pleas to be treated civilly. I called Booking as I started to suspect an identity scam. Only then did they stop harassing me. It was a very disturbing experience. Oh, and I forgot, in the fist mail they send me they confirmed my arrival on sept 21, 2024, which was 9 month *before* the date I booked, which made me insecure: did I make a mistake? Later I understood I was interacting with a bunch of total morons.

The location was great and the unit was very clean for the most part. The amount of kitchen utensiles and appliances was excellent. The bathrooms were very clean and the rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The overall building was very nice and well maintained.

The washing machine needs to be have a deep cleaning. We didn't use it because there appeared to be a black film inside the door which was probably some form of mold. Some of the light bulbs were constantly flickering which should be changed out. The process to get into the unit after booking was much more difficult than expected with having to fill out background checks, etc.

Hard to find the entrance. Although everything was nice, it was a pain to do the background check, credit report and the rental agreement. This was an extra $40 on top of the city fee of $100. This made it a rather expensive stay, however, the location was amazing and the building was very quiet and secure.

I loved the location, how much space in the apartment there was, how secure it was, and the amenities in the apartment.

We were not told about a fire drill that took place at 8am on one of the days we were there which was a huge inconvenience. If we were aware of it we could have planned to be out of the apartment that day. The spa pool had also been out of commission for a week already when we arrived which was a huge disappointment. Again, it would have been nice to be told of this ahead of time. We found 4pm check in a bit late and would have preferred it earlier. If that is not an option, then we would have appreciated being allowed to sit in the lobby until we could check in. We were instead told that would be a security risk, even though we had submitted a background check already and would be staying there later that same day. The tv in the bedroom was broken beyond use as well which was very annoying.

Location

Mattresses need to be replaced. They are worn, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Place was clean but could use dusting.
