Host is an excellent communicator, property was exactly as described and not too far from city centre. I would recommend this place to stay.

Really nice house spotless clean and great location, loved the little treats left for us. We got a late checkout free and the owners kept it touch throughout our stay. Can't recommend this house enough.

We had an amazing stay at 293 Holiday Home! The house is absolutely wonderful—spacious, clean, and located in a great spot near Tesco, making it very convenient. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, with clear laminated instructions for using the appliances and facilities. The property was spotless, and all essentials, including towels, were provided, making our stay extremely comfortable. The host, Angel, was exceptional! She was very organized, sending detailed instructions for check-in and check-out a couple of hours before our arrival, which made the process seamless. She also left us drinks, cookies, and savory treats as a warm welcome. Additionally, she was kind enough to extend our checkout time by an hour, allowing us to leave without any rush. Angel’s hospitality and attention to detail truly made this stay one of the best experiences we’ve had. I highly recommend 293 Holiday Home to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Belfast!

Good value, very clean, easy to follow instructions from the host, close to the city centre (more specifically Titanic Quarter and Cathedral Quarter). Definitely ideal for a group to visit Titanic, go shopping, Telegraph Building etc.

Some awkward conversations with locals due to being a highly sectarian area of Belfast, however this is no fault of the host.

Perfect location, clean and cozy. Angel was very helpful. We booked with months in advance and the host was very helpful with all the questions we had about Belfast. I would 100% recommend it to stay there. In no more than 15 minutes you are in city centre, even ordering a taxi or Uber is not more than €6 to get to the city centre. We were a group of 6 and we slept very comfortably.
