Peytons Hideaway

Location was our only disappointment! It was conveniently located close to town which was good. But the steep grade getting to and from the home, along with the steep driveway forced us to make a decision to leave more than a day early which meant we were out of the money we paid for the full period. Very disappointing. This should be pointed out to any prospective customers.

The steep acces to the property as well as the design of th driveway making parking difficult. We understand the location is mountainous terrain, but not knowing the incoming weather would force us to leave early because of this was very disappointing.

House was clean and nicely decorated

Beds are uncomfortable, not enough cooking dishes and location on the app says walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, and it is not walking distance

It was really beautiful lots of room

Not enough room for garbage cheak out was way to early for the amount of money you pay to be there , especially when cheak in is way to late

Location was okay. It was fairly close to our main destination.

Had trouble with the keyless entry system and was unable to get in. It took a bit to find how to contact the rental agency as it was all via text. Even reaching the rental office and after several codes we had to wait to have maintenance come out and still could not get in and finally had keys given to use to use til they could return the next day to try and fix or replace the locking system. Which cut into our first night there.

Location and was roomy

Worn out appliances. Dish washer racks broken, door handle on oven broken. Refrigerator had to be replaced while we were there. Washing machine didn’t spin water out. Sidewalk had broken pieces with weeds, not pleasing looking. Windows above front door appeared to have never seen a cleaning. Wi-Fi didn’t work when we arrived, a technician did come the next day to fix it.

It was nice and roomy. Easy to get to

Walking to the front door was kinda wobbly

I liked that it was quiet. It was the only different cabin on the block. There were jacuzzi tubs in 2 of the rooms. Plenty of t.v.s

The beds were hard oh so hard. The crazy hill you have to park on was terrible. And it really doesn't fit 10 adults comfortably. The pool table is not in a good spot to play pool how you should.

The location and size of the cabin was perfect . The hot tub , and extra things were great

The place could have been cleaner , top of fridge - there was old dish and tons of dust . Couches has a strong Oder . But mostly is was very clean
