EE's Surfer's House - Seaview, 3 min walk to beach

Very clean place, looks exactly like the photo. Fully equipped with kitchen tools and utensils. There's a fridge and microwave well maintained, though the gas stove isn't for use. Good view outside the window and comfy atmosphere. The mattress is comfortable with a good blanket, sufficient amount of pillows, and even provided towels and hangers. There's fast wifi, a movie projector (downloaded movies by owner only), and a little balcony. We loved the place, even though the group is chaotic.

The master bedroom's fan creaks loudly when turned on, so we relied in the aircond for sleep. The master bedroom's bathroom water heater is troublesome, as it is either the cold water, or extremely hot water even though the temperature is set at low. One more thing is the shampoo bottle holder, it can't take the pressure when you pump the bottle without supporting it, though its reattachable.

The house was clean.. all the rooms were comfortable.. love the swing and projector...

The water pressure in both showers is very low.. master bedroom lights were not functioning well.. we had to be in a dark room.. other than that all facilities are satisfied..

It's ok. The building is very old and inhabited by many many birds at night. Lots of ants and spiders in the suite. To be true the owner tried her best to renew n make it very good. But old age of the building makes lots of inconveniences for guests.

Very old appartment… No tv.. have projector only without screen, have to watch in wall… in rooms window no curtains… corridor no lights… night time very scary to go outside

The place looks just like the photos! The location is super convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance and the beach just 3 minutes away. Although the building exterior looks a bit old, stepping inside feels just like home—clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The only downside is that at night, a lot of black birds gather on the eaves and windows, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning, but it’s not a major issue.
