Sehr gute, saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage. Problemlose Schlüßelübergabe. Angenehme Komunikation über WhattsApp mit Patricia. Wir konnten bereits vormittags die Wohnung beziehen. Die Wohnung hat einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, was bei der Parkplatzsituation in El Medano auch von Vorteil ist.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Really clean and comfy flat. All necessary equipment was in the flat. Great contact and clear check in/check out instructions.

Difficult to gain entry on arrival through ring app and no where to store luggage after early checkout

Excellent location if you are staying in El Medano. Kitchen is well equipped. There is parking inside the building, you can park also outside on the street, we never walked more than 100 m to the apartment. It is in the second floor (accessible with elevator). If you use the second entrance to the building, there are just few stairs. There is a view from the terrace to El Cabezo beach.

Parking in the building is narrow and it is difficult to park with larger car

Clean comfortable and spacious, close to town and beaches. Yuri was very helpful and friendly - I liked that she had a fan and deck chairs for the pool. The complex is very quite and peaceful

There was road work outside our apartment - which is no fault of apt but noisy to keep balcony door open
