*Amazing Location!*In heart of the City. 2BR & Cot

Lovely apartment in the middle of Edinburgh. Excellent location, walking distance to everything. The flat was spotless snd well equipped, didn’t want for anything and drinks and biscuits left to welcome us greatly received. The host was very responsive and provided good directions and arrival information. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back.

Nothing to dislike. The only thing I could suggest is as the apartment has a coffee machine a few pods left for this would be useful.

There was a little mix up with the keys, but we got it sorted in the end

Good atmosphere as soon as we stepped in the apartment. Lovely place with welcoming sweets and soda, and fresh flowers. Very good location, so we can come back for rest and empty our shopping bag before we went next destination.

The apartment is located down a steep hill, so it is not recommended for people with walking difficulties. It would be nice to change the shower curtain because of the mold. the heater is not working, but heater-fan was wonderful.

Perfect location (right beside Royal Mile); cozy room and fully equipted kitchen! Except that the courtyard where the apartment is located is lower than Royal Mile but higher than Cowgate street, so it is not so friendly to people with heavy luaguages.

Apartment is located just few steps from Royal mile, which is exceptional. It is equipped with everything you can imagine, so you could easily live there. There are also some cosmetic products available, so those ones who are traveling light don't have to take shower gels and shampoo ( I wish i knew it). In whole apartment you can use curtains in order to dark the room! Communication with the hosts is great and we could leave our staff when we arrived, even though the apartment wasn't ready to check in.

For my preferences, beds are too soft, but i cant name this as a minus.

Location. This is the biggest selling feature. Smack in the middle of the action off the Royal Mile. Full kitchen if you want/need that, and washing machine. Nice living room/dining table area for groups. The hosts were good communicators about the way to find the location and access lockbox. They left nice goodies/treats in kitchen. VERY complete instructions for operating WiFi, SmartTV, Shower, etc.

Location - it's a little difficult to locate for out-of-towners. But, the pre-instructions helped a lot. Tricky to get to and requires climb up or down a hill - with luggage it's interesting. One bathroom: For 6 adults to share - challenging. The beds are OK, but 'tired'. Same with bedding/pillows. Sofas in living room - same. Found a dirty coffee cup behind a sofa pillow. Not terrible really. WiFi was spotty - on/off. Was a little noisy - outside people running up and down stairs, and a pub nearby. It was during Fringe so maybe more than usual. Very pricey for the level of a self-service property of this type. Again - likely Fringe inflated.
