Excellent location, very tidy and just what we needed. Would definitely book this location again.

The shower was a bit hot and cold and the toilet took a couple of times to flush each time

Lovely spacious flat with everything you could need. Very central. Lovely touches like the coffee machine and treats.

It was not very clean in the bathroom and lots of dust and grit on the bedroom floors. The mattress on the sofa bed was covered in bits and definitely hadn’t been checked. Nothing could have been done to prevent this but there was a homeless man lying in the entrance as we left one morning.

"Great location just off the Royal Mile"

Location was perfect (but there is a steep short walk needed to access the apartment - no issue for us but may be for some). Clean & well appointed. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A bit on the small side but the space was well designed. Only 1 bathroom. Second bedroom was quite small for 2 people.

Brilliant proximity to the Royal Mile. Facilities included everything we needed. The host were exceptionally helpful with instructions and communication.

Outside the property (common area & street) was a bit untidy.
