It is located in old courtyard and the neighbour is accesing the same frontdoor; all the noises from the other people ( like cough) could be heard, and I guess ours too; but for a short stay is convenient

ROSelf check-in is one of the best things in the world. Clean! Very close to whole center of Sibiu. Parking is 10 Ron\Day (2.5 Euro) so it very ok also. Kitchen is well equipped.
Water pressure -> Host cannot do anything about it, no problem. Temperature Control -> was locked, but 21C was okish.

HRUnique experience because the house is pretty old. App is superb, new, clean with everything that you need. Parking in front for only 2 euro per day. Sibiu is beautiful city in beautiful Transilvania. We enjoyed every minute in it. Thank you.
ROGBThe host was very responsive and gave many clear instructions on checking in and accessing the property which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, short walk to all sites as well as transportation.
