Location and convenience

Lack of English tv considering many of clients are English or Irish.

Location

2 different beds and were uncomfortable. One bed was divan bed, poor mattress and pillows. The other bed was a camp bed with the top mattress been too big for the bed. Again poor mattress and pillows.

La cama era un poco incómoda y que no puedes coger una hamaca para la piscina porque desde la mañana dejan las toallas y las dejan ocupadas

Location is amazing .NO hassle with gaining access to hotel.

Good Location

Very bad musty smell in the room Extra charge of €30 per day to service the room Very poor noise insulation between rooms Couldn’t find booking on entry, then found but in another persons name, room key didn’t work, .. Moved to another hotel mid way through the week

Ants all week kitchen and bathroom Broken fridge

Brillant view clean apartment

Freezer was frozen over which caused fridge door not to close properly but did not realise to four days later it was not closing properly..were not informed we had to clean apartment ourselves and had to fetch sheets towels etc ourselves being disabled this was a problem the agency did in end deliver to us when we requested them to do so..but lovely little apartment beautiful views
