"Superb"

On the whole everything was very good and we all had a great time in a very comfortable and nicely decorated house.

The carpet on the stairs was dangerous as not fastened down properly so couple nearly fell. Not enough toilet rolls for amount of people. There were quite a few patches of damp which felt cold.

"We had a fabulous family time and the house was brilliant."

It was very well decorated and top class furnishings, we loved it. There was just a few minor things like the hob had burnt on food on it and some of the oven trays hadn’t been cleaned. I think the previous renters must have done it, just to let you know we left it as we would like to find it. We will definitely book it again when we’re next in Scarborough. Thank you

Location is great only 7 min walk to the tram down to the beach. It was a wonderful property very clean and well decorated. Beds were heavenly. 5 Star property.

No instructions how to use the dish washer and electric hob, they would have been helpful and could not get BBC or IITV freeview channels???
