Très proche de la plage, épicerie juste en bas de l'immeuble, literie confortable, équipements impeccables.

Un peu chaud dans la chambre ou la fenêtre n'a pas été remplacée mais impeccable dans les autres pièces. Places de parkings pas au standard actuel pour les dimensions, adapté pour les petites citadines

L'appartement est très confortable. Tout est bien conçu.Il jouit d'une belle vue mer avec une grande terrasse. La nuit c'est calme

La remise des clés se fait à l'autre bout de Roses. Le linge n'est pas fourni et est à payer en supplément. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans la résidence, ce qui est difficile pour monter les bagages.
