The property was a little expensive but definitely worth the price for the busy atp finals week, the host was fantastic, she gave me a lot of great recommendations and made me feel at home. Will book again in a heartbeat.

Only downside is no elevator to take luggage upstairs but thats about it.

Everything was great!! The staff is awesome We enjoy our time there!

The room was very good and comfortable. Host, Davide gave us all the necessary instructions for our weekend. Great breakfast.

Friendly host Davide met us and carried our suitcases to the room. He gave us easy directions to follow. Tram stop very close by which runs right past the main train station. Davide was very helpful with lots of information and great tips on what to do in the city. This appartment was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in and I would recommend it anyone. It was spacious and well equipped. It also had breakfast snacks on the table and water and fruit in the fridge to welcome our stay. The bathroom also had a small bag of bathroom treats. Such a wonderful way to be greeted and it was very welcome as our original booking was cancelled by another Hotel (Al 19) blaming booking.com which wasn’t the case. This was the first time a booking of mine has every been cancelled in this way.

The appartment is on the fourth floor but having our suitcases carried up the stairs with the offer to carry them down again made this totally different and easy for us.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and in a great location. You can get on a tram to the city centre which takes about 10 mins. Davide was helpful and quick to respond with recommendations for exploring the city with walks and restaurants etc. All the furniture, especially the sofa and bed, in the apartment were of good quality and comfortable so you can relax after a day out. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you can cook without an issue from the handy supermarket just a block away. The apartment feels like a family home and is very cosy, I can't really fault it for a city break in Turin. Having the balconies especially in the kitchen was great too, so you can have breakfast or a coffee while looking at the Alps in the distance.

Not really a criticism, but be aware that you can hear the trams go past in the bedroom, so if you have any sensitivity to traffic noise just take earplugs. I did and I slept well. There is a heavy metal shutter you can lower at night which helps block any noise too.

We received a very warm and helpful welcoming from Davide. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed, especially a clothes washer. Davide mare sure we got tickets for transport back to the train station and insisted on helping us out. Would highly recommend Davide's place over more commercial alternatives.

There is quite a bit of street noise in the bedroom due to the electric tram tracks and the cars on the street.
