GBCommunication from the host was amazing. We received confirmation and a text came through before arrival on how to get access to the accommodation. However,r the security when you are in the apartment could be improved by having a lock from inside to keep you safe at night if someone comes in using the code. WE had to use a chair to wedge the door.
We booked for 4 people for this stay. The apartment was clean, and all the facilities were equipped with what we needed during our 3-night stay. However, there were only 2 towels provided. We asked for additional towels, and we were told that they could be provided at an extra cost of £20. I felt that was not reasonable, as the information stated that towels would be provided. It was late at night, and I could not go to the local shop to get the towels. My teenage daughter was reluctant to share. It cost us less than £20 for a towel we had to purchase the next day. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Just make sure the provided essentials equip with the number of your pax.

GBHi, the pub next door Travelers Arms. Good arrangement of beers and ales. The staff were on the ball and friendly, food good and value for money. The apartment was big but sparse plus it needs upgrading,
Bed was small for a double bathroom crampt. Door entrance lock was awkward and not easy to use as no lights in the entrance hall. .

First night was okay with the heating and hot water on the second day there was a problem no heating no hot water we were fortunate enough that the bathroom had a electric shower for us to have a wash, even though someone did came to have a look at the boiler, he got it to work for a while but I think they should’ve gotten someone professional so we didn’t have any heating for two nights the hot water worked but not the heating
