The hotel is amazing: the pools, shops, etc... It is closed to the strip.

The excessive price of the drink at the pool bar.

Great location with nice amenities. Clean.

The property headlines its balcony but does not mention that you can’t sit on the balcony bc furniture is not allowed on balconies per building rules. The bathroom doors squeak badly. No regular housekeeping—you have to make special arrangements and pay for it.

Fantastic, spacious property that had everything we wanted for our holiday. The staff were were great ( nothing was too much trouble for them )

Our room met and exceeded our expectations, my only criticism and this is petty I know there was no corkscrew or wine glasses ( first world issue I know)

Didn’t even get to stay in the room… the hotel wouldn’t let us check in on our wedding day , had to get another room after paying for the one I already had 😡 will not use booking anymore I’ll go straight through the hotel

The hotel staff and day parking valet was exceptional

The night black parking valet attendants extorted me Friday and Saturday nights out of paying a fee of $20-25 to park my vehicle. Claiming that there was no space available .Until I paid them the fee and then all of a sudden, there's space available. Not friendly at all or professional

I enjoyed the view and the jacuzzi tub.

The bed was stained and stiff. It also was uneven, arching up at the front of the bed. It was so bad my husband and I were both sore from sleeping on the bed. He opted for sleeping on the couch. I looked at the bed and it was stained. There were a number of noises that came from the room. The mini fridge had a high pitch squealing noise that turned off and on. There was something behind a panel that started knocking in the middle of the night on our last night. Neither of us slept well. We were exhausted our entire vacation.
