Wow I'm living on the beach. Luxury 4 bed sleeps 8

Beautiful location. Lots of lovely extras. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sofa faced tv rather than view of sea.

The location of the property is amazing, being right on the beach with spectacular views. The property is very clean and comfortable with everything you need.

Difficult to find anything to not like but the beds were quite hard but with all the pillows it was easy to solve 😀

Stunning views out to sea from the dining room (glass doors across the width of the room. Really well-equipped kitchen. Lots of room for the five of us. Everywhere very clean. Very short walk to Pagham Beach Cafe (fantastic breakfasts) and lovely walks along the beach. Great fun in the Games Room.

The astroturf in the front garden. Bumping along the lane full of potholes to get to the property; at least it was quite a short distance and probably the condition of the lane is dependent on the owners of other properties along the lane, not just the Wow owners.

The location is amazing, very beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Everything in the property is of a high standard and the little touches when you arrive (milk, cake, chocolates and snacks) make you feel very welcome. Host is very helpful and it was much appreciated when he returned an item we had left behind. The local coop is of a good size and walking distance which makes stocking up very easy. The hot tub and games room are a great facility.

A wonderful location with excellent facilities. Communication from the host was prompt and he went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. It was the perfect place for our family get together.

The location backing straight onto the beach is amazing, great access and views. Everything at the property is of a very high standard. The children loved the games room and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in this area.

With 8 people staying at times only 2 bathrooms was a stretch with some queuing, so just something to consider if you're booking with a large family. Also to be aware there is no flat grass space for games such as football. But the other activities do make up for this, just something to be aware if booking and this is important to you.

What a luxurious property in a fab location. Everything we needed and more. Thoughtful gestures by the hosts too. Thank you
