All good as expected..

As per agreed the deposit money should return 1 working day after check out but it's already 3 days I still not received my deposit money RM300. I check out on 10 Feb 2024, but still the deposit not refund and no response from the group chat. I never had such experience in my previous booking during checkout they returned my deposit..

Location is good as we dont need to drive far for meal and the officer who handling the booking.com chat is good... Allow us to check in early 1 hour from 3pm to 2pm is good

1. RUDE staff for check out This is the worst check out experience in our life. This property indian staffs that in charge of check out and cleaning super rude and frightening us. One of the staff cut off the electric and water before 12pm check out time and one of them shout at me when i open the door at 12.03pm. So you cut off electric before 12pm when some of us still packing and the others cleaning your dining room , leave all of your customer in dark so taking longer time to check out then you shout at me when I open the door at 12.03pm ? This really a shame. Your staff shout at me and said "kak, how many times you want me to call you! " but sorry we dint hear you shouting from inside and we only saw one of you just come and shut down our electric supply before 12pm ... And after shout at me the staff ORDER me to open the electric gate..my friend with child was afraid with him and tell me dont follow his order ...we even doubt are they the staff of the property as they come in group .. At that moment I almost going to call the property agent and one of my friend ready to call police because we feel insecure. All of our good experience gone because of the check out staffs attitude. I won't write this much negative comment and big possible good review if the check out handling is good. And because of the bad attitude of your check out staffs, i decide to write all bad points. 2. Towel The towel provided not all clean ... One of u s skin itchy after shower and used the towel. Some towels also smell very bad after use once (Towel wont smell that bad after use once , only if the towel did not clean and dry properly ) 3. Location safety concern The surrounding around the stay is quiet and not really got people stay around that area.. My friend who check in first told me she very afraid before the rest of we reach the stay as she saw got a group persons with motorcycle hang around and keep looking at our stay...she so worry they plan to rob us ...
