"Exceptional"

Perfect property, for overnight stay for a friends wedding. Clear instructions on obtaining key. Nice quiet area. House spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Couldn't find outside bin. Patio would benefit from a clean and garden tidied up a bit.

"Exceptional"

The location of the property was absolutely perfect for us, and the itinerary we had planned for our time there. We visited Alton towers, Drayton Manor and West Midlands safari park, all of which was 30 to 45 minutes drive. Also a short 10 minutes drive was the national memorial arboretum. The house was clean & comfortable. The added bonus of staying in a house with 2 children is the use of washing machine etc. The house is perfect for families wishing to stay in the Midlands, a nice patio at the back to sit and relax if the weather is good on an evening. A short stroll to the end of the cul-de-sac takes you to the co-op if you need any essentials.

Not the fault of the property, we done a food shop prior to arriving and purchased some frozen items, however, there was only a refrigerator. This is the only thing I think could be improved.

"Great house"

Great house, ideal for vising Alton towers as only half an hour away. Good to have kitchen to prepare meals. Shop 10 minutes walk away for supplies. Great facilities and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Double bed too soft for me but that's just my opinion.

Easy to access with key in lock box. Very clean. Everything you needed. All information on a welcome note in the hall way

No instructions on how to turn on the hot water and heating. Easy when found out how to do it.
